When did you realize you wanted to become a designer and what was the first article of clothing you ever designed?
When I was heading to the high-fashion department stores and hitting up bape buying and just got a bit inspired by alot of things that I saw and decided maybe i need to create a few ideas I had in my head.
How would you define your city’s fashion?
Nyc is a bit split up you have the hipsters, the punkrock, theres only a few high-fashion wearing urban guys but its pretty much all over in ny as far as style goes. I pretty much just created my own when i design and when i get dressed.
When you started out did you think it would be a serious business?
Not really it was just for me and the people I would run with, and then as people would look and always ask well whats that since we was into fashion from jump and trendsetting.
How is the internet changing your craft?
Its not really changing much, if anything its helping lots of things that inspire and the research you do just great.
Your concepts are very unique and original is there a pressure to
always maintain that consistency with your new designs?
Not really the key is be who you are, dont let what others are doing block your thoughts or craft stay you get a concept each season and kill it.
Do you consider yourself an artist?
To some degree yes stylist, artist, all falls under the same run your creating and drawing people in your brand before you even create it.
Who are some people you want to interact with this year?
Just people who inspire period in all areas of life, it helps you understand people a little more when you create.
