VANDAL MAG is an independent art, fashion and culture publication. Everything published here is written, edited and put together by the editorial team named in the footer, unless a story says otherwise.

By reading, sharing or contributing to this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Copyright

The writing, layouts, design and original artwork on this site belong to VANDAL MAG unless a credit says otherwise. You may share a link to any story anywhere you like, and you may quote a short passage with credit and a link back.

Reproducing a whole story, lifting our layouts, or using our artwork or wordmark without asking is not permitted. Ask first — we almost always say yes to students, artists and small publications.

Photography and image use

Every photograph published here stays the property of whoever made it. We publish photographs to write about the work, the artist or the event, not to sell them.

If you made a photo we have used, or you hold the rights to one, and you want it credited differently, resized, or taken down, tell us and we will act the same day it lands.

Shop links and commission

Some links in the shop and inside stories are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer pays us a commission and you pay exactly the same price.

That commission never decides what gets published. Products appear because the editor picked them, not because a retailer paid for the slot. Prices, stock and delivery belong to the retailer, and we do not control them.

Other people's sites

We link out to galleries, museums, brands and artists we did not build. Once you click through, their terms and their privacy policy apply, not ours.

Privacy

We do not sell personal information. If you sign up to the newsletter, your address is used to send it and nothing else, and you can leave at any time.

Editorial accounts (the ones used to write and schedule stories) are private to the people running the site and are never shared.

No warranty

We check what we publish, but events move, exhibitions close and prices change. Everything here is offered as it stands, with no promise that it is complete or current. Use your own judgement before you travel, buy or book off the back of a story.

Corrections and changes

If something here is wrong, we want to know. We fix errors and update this page when the rules change; the date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
